The charged space between what has been and what is calling you forward.
A threshold isn’t inherently painful. But when we don’t recognize one for what it is, it can feel like background anxiety, gripping, freeze, restlessness, doubt, or the quiet desperation of knowing we cannot keep living as we have been.
What feels like stuckness is often the pressure of a threshold.
Here’s the key distinction my loves, imagining expansion and arriving at its precipice are two very different experiences.
You can pray for change. Prepare for it. Ache for it.
Then the passageway actually opens and some part of you says:
Woah. Wait. We’re really doing this?
The familiar can feel safer at the exact moment something deeper and truer is calling you forward.
You’re not meant to live here. You’re meant to move through here.
And when you’re at the precipice, what you need isn’t another course, program, system or project.
You need the right person by your side.
Someone who can see what you may not be able to see.
Someone who can recognize the pattern and potential beneath the question you’re asking.
Someone who can hold strategy and intuition, the practical and the personal, what makes sense on paper and what your whole being already knows.
Someone whose presence can reveal a passageway, and whose recognition can catalyze the courage to cross it.
Recognition alters what is possible.
