This process takes time and it’s not a one and done. The game-changing difference will be: next time the old story or feeling comes up, you’ll be equipped with the awareness that it’s outdated, incorrect and harmful. You’ll be ready to change trajectory by replacing that damaging narrative with the compassionate and helpful truth of who you really are and what is real.

A big part of this process will be unshaming the wisdom in your old choices, desires and behaviors. You’ll learn to be a loving witness to yourself, empowering your brilliant inner ally. Another part of rewriting your story is integrating the truth of your unique mechanics.
I’ll customize our work together using tools like your human design and input from your own intuition so you can set down the burden of believing you’re doing something wrong or not doing enough compared to others. Your energy, pace, preferences and purpose are individual. When you stop fighting your inherent way in the world you can start owning it and reclaim the energy spent resisting the truth of who you really are.
This first part of our work together will give you clarity around who you really are, and the true nature of your journey to date - then you can begin to embody your full expression!
The second phase of our work together will be centered around embodying your strengths and gifts, in essence building trust in the fullness of you.
Learning to trust yourself and your super powers will lay a new foundation for your life. We’ll do this with regular practice and coaching to discern, amplify and follow your own inner knowing, your intuition.

This critical integration will untether you from the dangerous habit of deferring to external direction and validation. Deep down you know what you need, you know what you want and you know how to get there. I’ll help you connect to the clarity of your inner knowing and learn to trust it.
Part of this practice will include guided exercise to vision the details of the life you want to live, the business you want to have and the conditions of how you want to experience this future.
The other part of this leg of the journey is the initiation of you receiving and owning the truth of your gifts. This won’t be a believe blindly exercise. With open eyes and open heart we’ll examine the truth of the path you’ve lived, naming and claiming the strengths and talents you have always possessed. I’ll guide you through exercises and meditation to inventory the divinely placed powers, skills and talents latent within you. When you finally see yourself as endowed with these unmistakable qualities you can be lifted up time and time again by the knowing that these inner resources are yours forever.
With a clear view from your new standing, I’ll guide you to envision your future and your business without the limiting guard rails of your past thinking.

Consistent 1:1 customized, intuitive, thoughtful coaching to support you and your transformational journey. We’ll meet for 8 focused sessions, every other week for 90 minutes. In sessions 1-2, we’ll begin with cleaning up the lens of your mind, the way you view your past, your present, your future and your self. With a clear view of your agency, your power, purpose and the divine support that’s always had your back, your new upgraded reality will begin to take hold. A critical piece of this work will be unshaming the wisdom in your choices, desires and behaviors. Switching from this view of self judgement to curiosity for your inherent brilliance is not only deeply healing, it will unlock trust in yourself and empower your brilliant inner ally. This is a self loving and ease-full foundation that will sustain you for life.
TUNE INTO YOUR
SOULS GUIDANCE
In sessions 3-5, I’ll use your unique human design, your goals and boundaries as parameters, loving guard rails, as you navigate choices and take action toward the life you desire. During this time, we’ll also cultivate your practice of listening for, discerning, amplifying and trusting your own soul’s guidance. Exercising this option to honor your own unique way in the world, you’ll integrate the powerful experience of creating change on your terms, from the truth of who you really are.
