And finally, we bloom in embodiment of our full self with the light of loving attention and the water of supportive community. This embodiment happens with each participant taking turns blessing the group with their story, wisdom, facilitation and presence.
This group is a council not a hierarchy, your leadership and medicine will be nurtured and called forth in service to each other.

Imagine if Peter Parker didn’t realize he had superpowers?
This is how I imagine all of us to be before we truly get that we each have a uniquely powerful and priceless gift. Something that we’re here to own, share, develop and feel good about. The experience of coming to know and accept that you have a super power, you have a God given ability that can serve you and others, is literally life changing. Not in the next day you’ll have a million dollars in your bank account kind of way, but in the you can never go back to seeing yourself as incapable, hopeless or undeserving.
Fuck that’s a big deal.

In this group, part of the empowerment process will be coming to know and claim your gifts, your strengths, your wisdom and your why. With love and curiosity we’ll look at your journey to date and lift up the ways in which you’ve dug deep and overcome, the ways in which you’ve risen to the occasion fueled by the conviction of your values and the ways in which your subconscious brilliantly came to your aid. These alchemical chapters of your life, the moments in which you divinely transformed bleakness and despair into triumph, these moments point to the root of your why. It’s in those dark nights of your soul, in which you were the sun that eventually rose to bring hope, that you unlocked an ability and a knowing of how to overcome, how to endure, how to alchemize. That skill and that experience is core to how you change the world, how you serve … your why.
Be seen in loving witness
It is said that shame takes hold when we endure a painful experience without a loving witness. Meaning when we go through something alone, don’t share it with anyone or worse, when our experience involves an unloving witness, then we internalize it. We accept it as true, we make it our fault, we believe on some level we must have deserved it and we feel bad about ourselves. In contrast, having a loving witness, which can be a part of ourself, an inner voice that responds with care and compassion, a family member that acknowledges our hurt and expresses concern, a friend that shows up in our defense, a teacher or coach who interjects with empathy and love, that changes your entire relationship to the experience. It can determine whether the painful moment lives on forever as trauma or as a moment that spurned resilience and evidence of loving support. This witnessing aspect to life is pretty significant..

Now imagine what happens when your breakthroughs are lovingly witnessed, when your moments of ‘oh my God i’ve been subconsciously acting on my behalf all along’ are witnessed, when your claiming of who you really are and what you’re really capable of are witnessed by peers who adore you and whole-heartedly see you in your brilliance?!? This kind of visibility and courage in being seen will change you. To have your power and perfection acknowledged and celebrated without judgement or shame is the water your soul needs to grow. This is what happens in a safe space dedicated to lifting each other up. This is communal care and it’s powerful.
Show up as the true you
Listen, there’s a reason that fake it till you make it doesn’t work. Faking anything will feel deeply uncomfortable in the body because it’s not who you really are and because you’re disregarding the truth of how you really feel. When we force something that isn’t natural or aligned it ultimately makes us feel worse. What does work though, and powerfully, is unapologetically owning and expressing your own true self, moment to moment, whatever that may be. This display of self acceptance and trust is not common in our homogenized world but in real moments of embodied truth we are unstoppable, a sight to behold in our unique brilliance and beauty.

Now, some people conflate embodiment with just putting yourself out there, being confident, outgoing or assertive. To that, I say hold up, pump the brakes. Not everyone can or should just show up, turn up and start behaving like a poster child of extroverted assertiveness. Some of us are introspective, silly, awkward, cautious and whatever the opposite of overly ambitious, overly assertive is. Many have spent a lifetime carefully calculating how to express without saying too much or being too seen because of the real threat of harm and discrimination from a white supremacist, misogynistic, xenophobic, violent culture.
My point is, embodying your unapologetic self looks different for everyone. So, in The Gateway Group, who and what you embody is guided by reverence for the truth of who you are and called forth with gentle, loving encouragement, not performative expectation. Through exercise, inquiry and consistent honing of your intuition we’ll shine a light on your gifts, your super powers and the newly embraced unshamed parts of you. In this space you’ll be invited to step all the way into you, to try it on, speak from within it, let it live in your body and let it be seen and heard by loving witnesses. These will be healing, evolutionary moments. Welcome home moments. Moments that create new neural pathways and life trajectories as your mind, body and soul realize it’s safe, within reach and feels good to embody these true parts of you.

SESSIONS 1-2
SET A POWERFUL
NEW FOUNDATION
The first phase is reframing your past and present in loving truth so that believing in a more expansive future is actually possible.
We’ll inventory your life experience from a place of compassion and curiosity, you’ll come to see the wisdom and love you brilliantly exercised along the way. When we’re done you’ll stand upon the knowing that the seemingly disparate parts of your life are actually in full support of your blossoming.
The second phase is discovering your why.
The empowering purpose born of your life experience and super powers. And no, this isn’t a search for a cliche commodified purpose attached to a job role or business offering, this is a purpose rooted in the effortless living out of the unique truths that have been revealed only to and through you. This profoundly simple purpose changes the world with your choice to honor your own divine way.
SESSIONS 3-4
WILL HAVE YOU MOVE
INTO EXPANSION
With a clear sense of your gifts and purpose and renewed trust in yourself and divine support, we’ll assess the truth of where you are in relation to where you want to be. A Living in Alignment Assessment will compassionately and objectively give you a lay of your land, how do your values and priorities line up with reality of your day to day living? Does your current momentum move you towards your desired future? Where is recalibration, rest, removal or renewed focus needed? The truth will set you free from feeling stuck, confused or hopeless.
From there we will vision and establish new standards for your success, satisfaction, peace and freedom. These sacred intentions will not be anchored in external metrics of success but rather soulful mile markers that liberate your joy and flood your life with ease. The best part is we’ll then set you up to play by your own rules, ensuring you win the game of life and enjoy the journey. These guiding tenets will be rooted in a simple sense of being, ways to honor the wisdom of your soul and exercise trust in yourself and the universe. These rules underscore and effortlessly put into action your purpose, serving you and those you impact with your life’s medicine.

Throughout our time together I’ll be guiding you to listen for, discern and amply your intuition, building trust in your own knowing. As we close out the program, I’ll share exercises to strengthen your tools for knowing and we’ll support each other in taking action on our inner guidance. Acting on your awareness of your soul’s calling will profoundly shift your relationship to self and restore priceless trust.
As we move through the program, with each discovery and remembering of who you are and who you want to be, I’ll invite you to step into and be that person, own that aspect of you. Can you speak as that person, be present in your body as that person, vision from that person, love and accept yourself as that person? This embodiment work will build to our last session, where in our safe space of loving and supportive witnesses, we’ll effortlessly own and exude the truth of who we are, share our story and reveal the glory and gifts that we have to give the world.
